Eduardo D. Lucero, AIA
Principal and Owner As principal and owner of NNL-Architecture, Eduardo (Ed) received his Bachelors in Interior Design from Colorado State University. Ed is a collaborative planner, a creative problem solver and has a passion for both the design and operations sides of the puzzle. His experience spans almost three decades and includes involvement in all aspects of architecture, interiors and project management. His extensive problem-solving skills, understanding of construction management and extensive capital project oversight of projects varying in complexity, scale and cost has given him the fortune to be involved in a diverse array of projects including hospitality, Sport Resorts, public and private health and wellness, aquatics, destination day spas, multi-occupant commercial, hotel and tenant finish. Having performed successfully in the role as architect and owner’s representative, Ed has been able to use his experience to implement and plan projects from conception to operation. Having daily involvement in design and capital projects, varying from $50,000 to $60.0m, he uses his experience to assure projects are run smoothly, are in budget and delivered on schedule. With a strong belief in the team approach, Ed has an understanding that he learns something new every day and knows he needs to share his experience with others, mentoring them to be successful too. He works closely with clients, consultants, contractors and other team players to keep everyone focus on the end product. Ed loves spending time with his family in the outdoors, volunteering and having fun in all aspects of life. |
